This domain will expire in the next 5 days. I have chosen not to renew and am moving my blogging back to the Blogger Site I left 2 years ago. I just can’t justify the cost of the site as compared to Blogger which is free. Who doesn’t love free.
If you wish to continue to follow my blog hop over to https://lirpastory-scrapbooking101.blogspot.com/ and I will be there. 🙂
Although my room isn’t in as bad a shape as it has been, I am running out of table top space. Today is Wednesday and that means that it is time to take a picture of my desk and share it with everyone on Julia’s Blog – The Stamping Ground.
Tonight is dog grooming so I won’t be able to visit desks until later this week.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. Tune in next time for another crafting project. Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

More Halloween! Yay! Today you will see my true colors because I think the saying on this shirt is hilarious! When the Zombies Come I am So Tripping You. To see yesterday’s shirt, Yes, I Can Drive a Stick click here. I get inspired to make myself shirts every once in a while and evidently I am in a phase.

So Tripping You Shirt Recipe
There is a new shop in town that isn’t really too new, but it is new to me and Sherry. Vinyl Warehouse is located on Bardstown Road in Louisville Kentucky and carries vinyl, HTV and blank ragland shirts. They have other shirts, too, you know the really soft ones that everyone loves. It is very convenient and that is where I found this ragland shirt for my So Tripping Zombie saying. Siser stretch vinyl in black came from there, too.
Now normally I like to press stuff on t-shirts instead of longer sleeved shirts. Want to why? I’m gonna tell you anyway. T-shirts can be worn with long sleeve shirts under them which makes them very versatile. With longer sleeves you’re stuck with wearing the shirt in colder weather. However this is pretty holiday specific so I decided 3/4 sleeves were okay. Cricut Design Space was used to modify the svg file and Cricut Maker was used to cut it out.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. Tune in tomorrow for WOYWW where you may or may not see a really messy desk – I am in the process of cleaning it. Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

Stay there, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around from house to house.
In the spirit of Halloween, I made a few shirts with some fun sayings last weekend. I didn’t get a chance to share them last week, but I will be sharing them this week which is just in time for the Halloween holiday. I love fun sayings and today’s fits my personality perfectly. Yes I Can Drive a Stick.

Yes I Can Drive a Stick T-shirt Recipe
I started with a lime green t-shirt from Michaels. These t-shirts are on sale at Michaels most of the time, but sometimes you can get them 5 for $10. That makes these shirts very reasonable and all you have to do is add your own design. I actually found this design in the Silhouette Design Store and modified it in my Silhouette Studio software. Yes and Stick were just the words by themselves so I added the offset to make them stand out. Normally, I am a Siser girl, but I was out of my black stretch vinyl so I used my Hobby Lobby coupon to buy their brand of Iron On Black vinyl. I LOVE the way their vinyl presses. Can’t speak to how it washes although the first time it did well. Unlike the washing instructions I give my customers, I wash the shirt inside out and dry inside out in the dryer. You should never dry t-shirts with HTV in the dryer. I’m such a rebel.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. Tune in next time for another fun Halloween shirt. Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

Another Halloween project! It’s about time. I have a couple co workers who I wanted to say thank you to and I thought a jack-o-lantern bag would be cute. I saw that svgcuts.com(affiliate link) had a free gift with purchase that fit the bill. This promotion goes through October 22, 2017 if you’re interested.

These bags from svgcuts.com (affiliate link) are adorable and so easy to make. I just brought them into my Cricut Design Space, pulled them onto my mat and cut them out. Easy peasy. I used Scotch glue and pipe cleaners for the handles that I found at Michaels. I plan on making the other designs for my team for Halloween. If you’re looking for something fun and easy to make – these are what you’re looking for. Check out svgcuts.com for great projects that work beautifully in the Cricut Design Space software. And I LOVE my Cricut Maker.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. Tune in next time for another project (probably a shirt). Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

Celebration 4 Kids Card Recipe
My Favorite Things Witch Way is the Candy stamp set has several cute stamps in addition to the little witch. I stamped them all and made a card, but had these two images left over. I decided to make a BIG moon and place the bat on the front. But I still had a kitty left over so in order to make Veletta proud, I put the kitty inside and gave her googly eyes, too. Both images were colored with Copic markers. The sky behind the moon was created using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks in Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet and Black Soot. Sentiments are both from the Witch Way is the Candy stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by and consider submitting an entry in the challenge at Send a Smile 4 Kids. Even more importantly send your card in to one of the addresses listed to bring a smile to a child’s face. Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.
Luke 10: 3 Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.

Fall Sweet and Sassy Card Recipe
I pulled this lovely digi stamp from Sweet and Sassy stamps into my Cricut Design Space software. Using my new Maker (I’m so excited!). Okay – let me back up. I printed the digi image on my Kodak printer and THEN I cut out the image with my new Cricut Maker! I’m still very excited. As is true with my Explores, I used the deep cut blade and pick a material a little lighter than what I am really cutting. Using this strategy I get a beautiful cut every time. Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and water were used to paint the image. Once the butterfly was dry, I colored the butterfly with a Clear Spectrum Noir glitter marker. The background is my typical sponge watercolor paper with Tim Holtz Oxide Distress Ink and spritz with water. Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans are the colors I used. Inky Antics provided the sentiment and it was stamped in Versamark Ink and heat set with Nuvo embossing powder. It needed just a little something else so I added some orange sequins.

Luke 10: 9 Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
It is Wednesday and that means it is time to take a picture of my work desk and share it on Julia’s blog The Stamping Ground for WOYWW 437. However, that is not the best part. The best part is going around from desk to desk to see what everyone is up to. You will notice that my nice clean desk is starting to pile up again and there is very little table space left.
I am taking my Mom and Dad Chinese tonight so I will be a little late visiting desks.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. Tune in tomorrow for a new design team card for the Creative Knockouts Challenge. Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

I know it’s Halloween season, but I am trying to be proactive here which is very unusual for me. Remember, I work better under pressure. Making Christmas cards for my November classes jump started this Christmas spirit. While I am on a roll, I figure I should keep going. Unfortunately, it could be gone as quickly as I found it. ‘Tis the Season’ is featuring another cute puppy from the My Favorite Things Happy Pawlidays set. To see the other cards I’ve made using this set check out my previous posts here and here.

This cute little guy was colored using Copic Markers and then cut out using my Brother Scan n Cut 2. Lawn Fawn 6 x 6 pattern paper from last year was used and matted with coordinating green card stock. A Lil Inkers stitched circle die was used to cut out a window for the little guy to sit in. Another die from a My Favorite Things Blueprints set contains provided the tag die where I stamped the sentiment. I stamped additional lights on the tag and colored them with Tombow Markers (my Copics were upstairs and I was being lazy). The pooch was popped up on foam tape.
Thanks for stopping by today. Tune in tomorrow for WOYWW where I share my desk which is starting to get messier. Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.
